Starting August 2026, Coach Cailie will be launching a six-week Athlete Development Intensive designed to help young athletes enhance their acrobatic performance through skill development, strength and conditioning, technical training, mentorship, and athlete education. Athletes will build stronger foundations, develop greater body awareness, and gain the confidence required for long-term success.

The program is designed to support athletes beyond their regular training sessions, providing additional opportunities to develop strength, refine technique, and accelerate progress throughout the six weeks.

Weekly In-Person Intensive Sessions

In-person two hour intensive workshops in Sydney focused on acrobatic foundations, strength, flexibility and technical skill development.

One Private Lesson Free

Included in the program is one 30 minute private lesson to be scheduled during the six weeks based on available time.

At-Home Strength Program

A structured at-home strength and conditioning program designed to build the foundation required for acrobatics.

Live Group Zoom Sessions

Fortnightly group Zoom sessions focused on training, mentorship, accountability, and supporting each athlete's development throughout the program.
